Delete your TopiaLand account
You can ask us to delete your TopiaLand account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@conqity.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
- Include your TopiaLand username and the platform you play on (Steam, Google Play or App Store).
- We will reply to confirm that the account belongs to you, for example by asking you to type a short code in the in-game chat or to send your Steam profile link.
What gets deleted
- Your account, username, linked platform IDs (Steam, Google, Apple) and session data.
- All game data: inventory, Coins and Gems, level and XP, quest progress, reputation, and the lands you own with everything built in them.
- Your chat messages and technical logs linked to your account.
What we keep, and for how long
- Cheating, fraud and ban records: up to 12 months, so that banned players cannot simply start over with a new account.
- Purchase records: as long as Turkish accounting and tax law requires.
Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request.
Deletion is permanent. Lands, items, currencies and progress cannot be restored afterwards, and purchases are not refunded because of an account deletion. If you only want a break, you can simply stop playing: your account stays safe.
